ShippingHome Simplicity provides FREE delivery Australia wide on all orders (*see un-deliverable post codes at bottom of page).
We estimate that you will receive your item(s) within 3 - 12 business days from when payment is cleared. Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. You will be able to track your item(s) through the carrier's website.
If no one is available when delivery is attempted a notification will be left in the letter-box instructing you on how to accept delivery.
A physical address is required for delivery (ie. no PO Boxes).
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the unlikely event that your item(s) is on back-order we will contact you via email to enquire if you are happy to wait for the back-order or if you wish to void the transaction. If the item(s) is unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If your item(s) are in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your cleared payment. We will email your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days, or if you do not receive your item within 12 business days (unless on back-order) please contact us.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
