Warranty & Returns

Home Simplicity offers a 12 month warranty to products, unless stated otherwise. Products that are advertised as clearance or as is may have limited warranty.
You are required to notify Home Simplicity within 3 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.
For warranty claims we require that you provide us with a detailed description along with images of the damage or warrant-able issue. We also require with the order number and name corresponding with your purchase. 
Once assessed and approved a member of our customer service team will be in contact. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
Home Simplicity adheres to standard legislation policy with regard to refunds, repairs and replacements.
The warranty is void if products were misused, mishandled or incorrectly assembled. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
